Active Stronger Better classes are open to everyone and designed to be safe for older adults, those who are new to exercise or those needing some modification to exercises based on underlying health condition/s.  

All classes are low-to-moderate in intensity and are fun, varied and social. Principles of safe exercise are the priority, while helping to improve fitness, strength, balance, flexibility and smile lines!!

ActiveStrongerBetter is an excellent way of getting back into exercise again or starting for the first time. The trained leaders show you how to complete easy and enjoyable exercises which don’t strain the body.

ActiveStrongerBetter is also a great way to meet new people and socialise, and this all helps to keep you on track and motivated to keep exercising a regular part of your life.
